Tryout Results: If your child is selected for a team, the team’s coach will contact you by email or phone with an offer. He/she will instruct you that you have 24 hours from that time to accept the position. Players will begin to be notified after tryouts and no later than 72 hours after the last tryout session. While our goal to notify all players within this time period, sometimes if the size of the tryout group is large and forms multiple teams, the process may take longer than we anticipate. Players will need to register and make first payment on-line upon acceptance. Click on the red REGISTER button at the top of the page.
Process to Commit to the Team: First, respond to the coach via email or text/phone that you will accept the offer. Please make a note of the team name, level (Red, White, Blue) and coach name at that time. If you want to think it over, please call or email the coach within the 24-hour period to guarantee your spot. Detailed instructions to accept an offer will be given to you by the coach and/or sent by email. If you do not pay the first payment online within 24 hours, you will not be guaranteed the spot you were offered. Please ensure that your email is correct and current as important updates from the Club are sent via email.
Team Meeting & Meet the Coach: If your child is placed on a team, it is very important that you and your child complete the necessary paperwork and drop off all forms at your assigned age group time/location during the meeting in June. During the team meeting, you will be able to meet your team coach. Please expect an email from your coach regarding the meeting time.
