Girls Competitive 11v11 Juniors
Development Stage
(Birth Years 2011 + 2012 + 2013 + 2014)
The Competitive 11v11 Juniors is the last part of the Development Stage of player growth. It is geared towards our U13, U14 and U15 teams. The program builds on the principles of the 9v9 game. Throughout the program, we will focus on the introduction and mastery of the 11v11 game. Our coaches will continue to work on the technical development and tactical understanding of each player. The ultimate goal is to get players ready for the next age-group. By the end of this program, players will enter into the Delivery Stage of player growth.
TEAMS
Elite
Elite teams compete in the Southeast Florida Conference in NPL and in the South Conference for EDP Division 1 or 2
Premier & Select
Premier and Select teams are identified as development teams and the league assignments are intended to be less competitive to facilitate learning and growth. These teams will compete in the South Conference for EDP Division 3, or SFUYSA Division 3.
Training focuses on the understanding and execution of the principles of play. Our coaches have a variety of tools to assist with creating dynamic training sessions either through their own personal library of sessions and activities or through our partners in methodology like the Coaching Manual or the Coaches Voice.

- Methodology All training sessions are soccer principle-based training.
