REFUND POLICY
Parkland Soccer Club (PSC) follows a strict no-refund policy. If your child cannot be placed on a team, the full registration fee will be returned; otherwise, all registrations are non-refundable.
PSC has a one time exception for early exits, any player that wishes to exit the club within the first two weeks of training and has paid over $500, will be provided a refund of the amount in excess of $500.
PSC may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests under the following conditions:
- a player moves more than 75 miles from the established PSC area;
- a player becomes injured or ill and can no longer participate in the season; or
- any other exigent circumstances the club deems necessary or appropriate.
Please note that in order for refund requests to be considered due to injury, such requests must be made within two weeks of the player’s injury/illness and must include a physician’s note for verification.
No refunds will be provided after the third scheduled game of the season for any reason.
All refund amounts, if granted, are subject to a processing fee and reduction for costs incurred.
