REFUND POLICY

Parkland Soccer Club (PSC) follows a strict no-refund policy.  If your child cannot be placed on a team, the full registration fee will be returned; otherwise, all registrations are non-refundable.


PSC reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether a one-time exception for an early exit will be granted. Requests for withdrawal within the first two (2) weeks of training will be reviewed by club management, which will consider all relevant facts and circumstances in deciding whether an exception is warranted. If PSC approves such an exception, and the player has paid more than $500, PSC may refund the amount paid in excess of $500. This policy does not create any entitlement or right to a refund. The executed Financial Agreement shall control and supersede this policy in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.


PSC may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests under the following conditions:

  1. a player moves more than 75 miles from the established PSC area;
  2. a player becomes injured or ill and can no longer participate in the season; or
  3. any other exigent circumstances the club deems necessary or appropriate. 


Please note that in order for refund requests to be considered due to injury, such requests must be made within two weeks of the player’s injury/illness and must include a physician’s note for verification. 


No refunds will be provided after the third scheduled game of the season for any reason.


All refund amounts, if granted, are subject to a processing fee and reduction for costs incurred.
